Flower Business Substitution Policy

Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality flowers and arrangements. However, due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flowers, substitutions may occasionally be necessary. Below is our official substitution policy:

Substitution Guidelines

  1. Equal or Higher Value

    • Any substituted flower or product will be of equal or greater value than the original selection.

  2. Maintaining the Design Style

    • We will make every effort to maintain the original design, color scheme, and overall aesthetic of the arrangement.

  3. Seasonal and Local Availability

    • Substitutions may occur due to seasonal limitations, weather conditions, or supply chain issues beyond our control.
    • Certain flower varieties or colors may not be available year-round, and we will select the best alternative.

  4. Advance Communication

    • For significant substitutions that may alter the look or theme of the arrangement, we will contact the customer for approval whenever possible.

  5. Containers and Accessories

    • If the original vase, basket, or accessory is unavailable, a suitable replacement of equal or greater value will be used.

  6. Special Requests

    • We will prioritize honoring specific flower requests. If substitutions are required, we will notify the customer and discuss options.

Customer Satisfaction

We are committed to exceeding your expectations. If you are unsatisfied with any substitutions, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.
