Where do you deliver?

Tika Flower Studio serves eligible Phoenix-area addresses within approximately 35 miles of the studio. Enter the address at checkout to confirm coverage, or contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

Is same-day delivery available?

Same-day delivery may be available when an eligible time appears at checkout. Friday orders placed by 11:00 a.m. may select same-day delivery, Saturday delivery, or another available future date. Friday orders placed after 11:00 a.m., and orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, have Monday as the earliest delivery day.

Will my arrangement look exactly like the photograph?

Flowers are natural and seasonal. When a specific flower, shade, container, or accessory is unavailable, a thoughtful substitution of equal or greater value may be used while preserving the design’s palette and overall style.

Can I request a specific flower or color?

Yes. Contact us before ordering if a flower, exact shade, or custom detail is essential. We will confirm what is currently available.

Can I order a gift or balloon by itself?

Some items in Gifts & Balloons are intended to accompany a compatible floral order. Check the product description or contact the studio before ordering an add-on by itself.

How much notice is required for custom products?

Preparation time varies by product. Follow the notice shown on the relevant product page. The Custom Baby Bubble Balloon requires approximately 14 days for preparation.

What happens if the recipient is unavailable?

The driver may leave the order safely at the doorstep or with a neighbor, or arrange redelivery. During warm weather, flowers will not be left outside without customer approval. A redelivery fee may apply.
